• Exchanges only. No returns available.
  
• We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received have any manufacturing defect/Faulty from OUR END.
  
• Items ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for exchange. Please double-check our size chart before ordering to avoid sizing issues.
• Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
• A complaint should be made within 24 hours after delivery of the product. The exchange will be offered within 7-10 days.
